Children's Books We've Read and Liked

It's probably a weird personality quirk that I have, but I like to make lists of things. I'm always on the lookout for good books to read with my children, so I've decided to keep a list of the books that we've read and liked. A year from now when we're looking for something to read, I'll be able to go back to my list and remember the favorites. This will also help when the next child in our family is reaching the next stage of books and I'm trying to remember the best books to read.

All of the books on the list will not necessarily be amazing and rank at the top of our favorites, but I will only include books that we enjoyed checking out from the library and likely renewed to read again.

If you scroll down you'll notice four categories: Favorite Authors, Family Read Alouds, Picture Books, Board Books, and Beginner Readers.

Take a look, and maybe you'll find something to add to your reading list.
